Machining a small batch of nylon jigs to be used for our Formula Student Team at Loughborough University, LUMotorsport, to assist with welding the individual battery cells together.
The Inception Machines Low Profile Vice was used on a fixture plate (machined in video #8) bolted to our Multicam 3000 CNC Router.
Programmed on Fusion 360, machined on the Multicam 3000 here in Stourbridge, UK.
