The award winning thriller Short on fateful interaction between a suicidal guy and a crazy stranger is an eye opener. The film shows how a moment can change one’s life completely. And also tries to delivers the message that giving up on your life may not necessarily be the end of ordeal for you, but you’d definitely lose a chance to turn your life around.
Shot with a basic DSLR cam on a shoestring budget, “Machis Hai Kya" won multiple awards for Best Direction, Best Film, and Special jury/Audience award in various International Film Festivals. It was also shown as a case study in various educational Institutes / NGOs as a part of suicide prevention programs.
