When you see a ban wave and get an overwhelming sensation of satisfaction, only to then get banned for no reason and you start to wonder: How many of those in that ban list weren't cheating either?

Got banned 1 month ago, the funny thing Is that i wasn't cheating, i contacted the Ubisoft support and they said they can't do anything (i was Gold 2 with 1 k/d), i spent like 70 euros on that acc, so why would i cheated. The Nick was: Something-_-- if im correct The funny thing Is that with the Smurf i found two or three hacker, few days ago i wanted tò controllo of they were banned with the tracker and no.. they are not.

100% bruh. I once got banned for getting some real cash items in game which were duped by the guy who traded me them. It took me 5weeks!!!! To get online again BUT without the items AND without my game money i paid for them...
I got perma banned for toxic behavior AKA shit talking. That’s what makes the game fun, the sensitive devs could’ve at least muted me for a long time instead of perma banning me.
I know this happened months ago, but game companies really need to watch this shit. This is a persons' livelihood. It's not just a game they play, where they can get a new account and work there way back up, it's a business. A business that also promotes the games they make. That's why algorithms aren't perfect. It takes away the human element too much. Sure, it's right most of the time, but when it's this wrong, that's bad. I honestly wonder how many subscribers MJ lost to this? How many people still think he's a cheater because of a mistake? He's not just upset that he got banned from the game, he's upset because it fucks with his life on a very real level. It's a very unfortunate thing that this happened, and continues to happen.

Making your living off expecting people to watch you play games is pretty risky, and overall should not be tour only method of money making. I don't think companies need to watch this, I think people should have backup plans
Stahri those jobs aren't as impermanent as being a streamer. You can see how risky this type of work is in lots of examples: YT de monetizing vids, server outages, bans, bugs/glitches, computer hardware or software malfunctions, removal of developer support/online services, etc. It's not to say you can't be a streamer, but just look at the devastation a simple error caused this fella. Doesn't seem a bad idea to have other methods or avenues for income.

battleye and ubisoft hates everyone, i got banned 3 times in 1 month (2 times were within the same day of being unbanned) for "cheating" and each time they unbanned me after looking into it and said they have no clue why because no fairfight or battleye flags were brought up

Well, technicaly Ubisoft is still responsible as Battleye is the Anti-Cheat Used by Ubi. Ubisoft is responsible for allowing Battleye to execute these waves.

Ubisoft manually banned players farming renown with Cheat Engine in SP, and they banned ~100 people for signing up for some renown farming shit, 16 of which were false bans (like macie) because someone else signed their acc up.
Timur pozitiv it doesn't work like that they cant just bann you for getting reports they have to check the gameplay first to be able to ban people but hackers cover their names up with macies and other youtube/streamers to get them banned wich sucks for macie to get banned :(

Eh it could be that he has a channel dedicated to siege, built a fanbase around it and to be banned by ubi. if this ban was even remotely legitimate it could of meant the end of his youtube, twitch and would spark the downfall of his channel. What does Battleye even do in ways of controling acuses? Do they not just ban who gets a lot of reports? Because i can imagine that Macie got some reports in his career from salty players.
Perder 5 reports is a automatic review, if you receive 100 I believe it's looked into extensively, anything above 100 might be an insta ban, or maybe 1000?
Perder what he said was untrue battle eye is pretty advanced tbh and wouldn't instantly ban because of lots of reports.He got banned because actual cheaters were using cheats online and they found out how to get more than one account with the same name and used his. This is a current problem on PC as people who call out hackers are targeted by them as the cheaters change their in game name to the accusers and get them banned. Hope this clears it up m8 :)

This happened to me today, exactly the same time while I'm laughing 'bout the wave of BattlEye Ban. I've reached the Support Team from ubi and they say there nothing they can do about it and tell me to contact BattlEye. SO I DID and BattEye said that only cheats and hacking software will be detected and thus there should be no miss banning. What should I do now, I'm not someone famous like MacieJay. I think that they are just brushing me off...
