I am not the original uploader. After the original vid was taken down, I had to bring it back. Learn Piano or Keyboard Click Here bit.ly/3d4r6CZ Learn to play Violin or Fiddle Click Here bit.ly/3uCRA4f
This goes wayyyyy wayyy wayyyy wayy wayyyyyy back to Neil Cicierega and Lemon Demon/Animutation to me and all of his music video shenanigans. I really think that kid (At the time) changed the whole internet practically singlehandedly. I feel like this musical style evolved out of animutation and his comedy music videos. We're talking before RU-vid, before Newgrounds, and before Ebaumsworld ripped everything off. Back when Albinoblacksheep was the mainstay. It just crossed over into other genres and became more evolved, as did his music albums (can find them on youtube between Lemon Demon and Neil's page). Vaporwave stems from friggin comedy videos and songs and it's hilarious to me for that.
When Sweden and Denmark compete in international sports, the scoreboard reads SWE - DEN and the unused letters from each other are DEN MARK. /music plays
@@darthrosinathedumbass they actually found one older than that one a few months ago! I forget what it’s called though, OPN (the guy behind sunset corp and Chuck Person’s Eccojams along with many other great electronic albums) was inspired by it though
good thought alas that assumed quite robust memory. i do not trust my present or future self to remember 99% of anything i encounter including this very moment and indeed comment. Human brains are very good at forgetting things .(
It would be a cloudy day at your tropical resort in the 80s. You're looking out the window at people preparing their umbrellas for the rain, and you wonder when the weather changes for the better or worse.
I used to listen to this ironically in middle school. Sometimes 10 hour loop but after an *eternity* of not listening to it the other day I thought about it and here I am now. Better than I remember. This will go back on the roster
don't... I don't... I don't... It's your move I've made up my mind Time is running out Make a move Oh, we can go on Do you understand? It's all in your hands It's your ... Don't say no Some say no Some say no Some say no Don't say no Don't say no Don't say no Don't say no You say you know we shouldn't You keep holding out But you don't let go I'm giving up on trying To sell you things That you ain't buying I'm giving up on trying To sell you things That you ain't buying It's your move I've made up my mind Time is running out Make a move Oh, we can go on Do you understand? This song gives me bittersweet nostalgia. Remembering the good and happy times I had when I was young and realizing that my youth is slipping by fast and I'm gonna be 40 here sooner than I know. I'm gonna be 31 next month and I feel like time is wizzing by too quickly and I hate it. I miss being young and happy.
I always feel like life is going too fast , started feelingit at about 25, I'm 30 in two months. But you have to live in the now and enjoy it every way you can. You'll kick yourself in the future if you don't focus on today not yesterday and not tomorrow. Life starts at 30 don't waste it.
For people who don't understand the joke, here's the reason. Imagine you have a mirror which is in perfect condition and shape. When you destroy the mirror it shatters. And those shards are still mirror pieces infact you can reassemble them to create it again if you glue them with _*flex g l u e*_.
*_Hey guys, Peter Griffin here. So the joke here is when you guys break a mirror, it's just a bunch of smaller ones (ikr LOL). You can even see for yourself, if you break one, I almost killed my kid(Very LOL moment). I now hope you understood this joke. (It's ok to LOL right now)_*
Just to share a quick experience… it was 2019 then, me and 2 other friends travelled to Amsterdam for the first just to try magic mushrooms, so i put this song to play for 2 hours in a loop while we were high and just laughing at random shit … it was a unforgettable trip with my friends
For everyone thinking this is an original song, it's not. It's just an slowed+reverb version of It's your move by diana ross. (I was shocked too when I found out)
As a mid 90's kid, music like this used to play in the local shopping mall. Hearing accurately identical music back then through the intercom speakers felt like something else compared to what it is now
i yesterday explored a local shopping center i used to go, it has no one in it, but is still open, with some local shops and a cafe, all with old people. I went into the cafe and they told me the story of the shopping center, a once bustling commercial zone in a rather small city, with a fountain on the entrance with running water (in fact there was a fountain but is no longer working, only some old coins there) but then economic crisis and people can´t buy what they bought long ago. And this music would fit in the 80s/early 90s mall i explored yesterday.
The way I thought about this seems different from the comment, but... Our reflection is technically backwards, but a photograph isn’t, and I have to wonder if that counts. Probably not. The truth is, light will never reflect off of your face, and go directly into your eyes. Why did I think so much about this?
Whenever I’m super bored in my physics class I always listen to some vaporwave albums. And listening to this for the first time was magical I got to experience something that made an impact on internet culture. It felt surreal. 11:01pm Dec 26 23 Tuesday
It weird how the vaporwave movement played on a kinda of pseudo-nostalgia for a time that never existed, but now I have real nostalgia for this music. I grew up with this stuff from 2015 to like 2018.
reminiscing on a decade ago when i was obsessed with this song, and what my life was like back then. sometimes i wish i could go back, other times i'm so glad that i've come so far.
Fachri Rachmanda incorrect. humans can consistently survive being at terminal velocity. what will kill you however is if you're at terminal velocity and... the pit isn't bottomless.
I listened to this back in the day but I mostly listened to vaporwave and barber beats this summer, I remember the late nights when I would come home after my shift at work and go home turn on the ac at the kitchen and ate some food before going to sleep in a cool room even tho it was a really hot summer and I would just drift away to sleep listening to vaporwave music and barber beats, even tho tired from work this kind of music relaxed me a lot
