i drive for a company in the pacific northwest that runs over 300 mack 4 axle trucks, get new equipment come in every 2 years. i just got my new 2019 Anthem a couple days ago, great looking truck inside and out.

I am driving Mack Anthem now , biggest mistake I have ever did ! After Volvo it’s so uncomfortable! Inside is so small ! And my truck is just a 330000 miles i m sick of it DEF problems …. Every single fucking month I have to go to service …. Never ever think about it !!!!!

I drive a 2020 MACK it is a well built comfortable truck. Drives more like a car very smooth ride. Plenty of power. A beautiful truck , truckers come up all the time want to look inside. The dash is what we all dream about when we were kids. Super high tech looking. Information on every inch of my truck. GET ONE!

Well the mack i had was well (junk) it was in a 12 month period in the shop 3 months total. I had to get out of it before I went broke. Im in a t680 and it has only put me in shop once in 3 years. Ive made damn good money with it. Thats my 2 cents worth.

DONT BUY A MACK TRUCK!!!! I purchased a 2018, big mistake. Its been to the dealer 10-12 times since august 2017, for emissions, which still is not fixed . I have also replaced headlights, marker lights,. talked to "Mack assist" many times about the quality of this 6 month old, truck (15000 miles) no one at Mack trucks cares, the truck is unreliable, quality is not what it used to be, save yourself the trouble buy different brand ,,,,I have been a Mack fan forever, No more,,,, very disappointed with todays MACK! Ugly design especially for the front lights, chrome frame unnecessary and very square. They should focus more on the design of car brands and follow trends or look at European truck brands to have another perspective.
