It's easy to make to canned mackerel and baguette.
[Ingredients]
[Mackerel Kebob]
1 canned mackerel
1 baguette
3 cups of lettuce (200g)
2 cups of onion (200g)
1/2 cup of cooking oil (80g)
Some flour
[Tartar sauce]
1 tbsp of onion (15g)
2/3 cups of hard-boiled eggs (110g)
1/2 cup of mayonnaise (100g)
1/4 cup of pickled radish (25g)
1 tbsp of brown sugar (15g)
2 tbsp of vinegar (20g)
1 tbsp of lemon juice (10g)
Pepper 1g
Salt 1g
[ Directions ]
[ Mackerel Kebob ]
1. Slice lettuce and onions.
2. Cut 1 baguette into 5 pieces and slice in half.
3. Drain canned mackerel on a strainer.
4. Spread flour over a large plate and coat drained mackerel with flour.
5. Add some cooking oil to a frying pan and fry mackerel coated with flour over medium heat until golden.
6. Put lettuce, onion, and fried mackerel in the baguette and sprinkle some salt.
7. Add tartar sauce or lemon juice to suit your taste.
[ Tartar Sauce ]
1. Finely chop onions and pickled radish.
2. Crush hard-boiled eggs with hand and use scissors to finely cut the eggs.
2. Add chopped onions, crushed eggs, chopped pickled radish, pepper, salt, brown sugar, vinegar, and lemon juice to mayonnaise and mix well.
