Hi I have this older mixer but would love to use it with an interface and my DAW. I know I can use the "insert" plug but this seems to deliver the raw sound and not the processed sound once it has cleared the channel strip. What I would like to do is take the sound once it has cleared the channel strip and send it to an interface so as I can record 8 channels simultaniosly utilizing the full channel strip. From where on the circuit can I tap the produced sound and send it to a modified outlet? Could you provide photos of the "taps" points please? I know that by doing this that all of the owness comes back to me and I am a confident worker. I really just hate to see this wonderful sounding instrument going to waste.
Great. out of dispare I took the whole mixture to pieces but this shows me how to put it back together again after cleaning and checking ...so here goes !!!!
