Two things stand out to me on this program:
1. The broad focus on development. We see time and again in the literature that people who feel they are learning/developing at work - especially in ways that are meaningful to them - do better. They report higher job satisfaction, perform better, and stick in their job longer.
2. The focus on ground-level communication. There's a lot to be said for creating shared mental models in teams. Getting really nitty-gritty with expectations, training, etc. to build shared mental models that actually match up between people is powerful.
