Years ago, Macklemore made a stop in my hometown to use the bathroom. I made him buy candy, because the policy was 'for customers only'. He seemed kinda shocked but gave me an amused and warm smile, and bent down to grab some starbursts. He was wearing shades and more jewelry than me, with some big dude in shades and black clothes; standing behind him. I didn't realize who he was until after he left and my coworkers were trippin. I was hired days before, and I had just lost my dad a week prior to that. He doesn't know that his smile really put me at ease, that day. It's nice to see him just talking about a friend, with that warm smile.

Opioid addiction is sad. His special with barrack Obama was very much needed. I am seven years clean from this addiction n this dude right here has been so open with his addiction to opioids. Three weeks it takes the body to get hooked, so u do pills everyday for three weeks n u go get a refill ur hooked. God bless everyone fighting just to be normal again.

Addiction is a complex, biopsychosocial disease and no two people or situations are alike.There are people who can use opioids for months, and develop nothing more than physical dependency. As a matter of fact, less than 3% of people who use opioids go on to develop a substance use problem. Too often dependency and addiction are used interchangeably, this has caused problems from misdiagnosis to the failed drug policies that target opioid prescriptions. The only way to beat substance use is with evidence based policies & comprehensive changes to society as a whole.

It's facts how fast ur body becomes dependant once you take it. A lot of studies have been done that u refill ur pain medication even once can have a massive withdrawal affect n can start ur down hill to Dependency on opioid addiction. Heather C. I have been on Rx pain meds for about 10 years due to my many bone disorder, cystic disorders and fibromyalgia. Due all the pain I was also on Xanax for a long time. I hope one day to get off both, but for now the Xanax had been gone for about 2 years and I take my pain meds less than prescribed whenever possible. I also have an education in nursing and psychology, so I am not ignorant to my predicament, but I also am not lost to it either! So I understand where you are coming from. Keep being the strong person you are!

He is a lot like thresea caputo who does tours but doesn't mean you'll be read 100% only way to get on the list for a private reading is too try and keep trying. Sorry but all these readings it just seems like he’s confirming what they already know about how their loved one died. Not sure why that would be helpful. The question is. How much digging did he do of his past that's out there before reading him. That's my only issue with this Hollywood guy. He knows who he's gonna meet with before hand. And there's so much information out there in past interviews etc.
