I can't tell you the exact measurements but you might try to increase the cord volume. Lovely basket and excellent tutorial. Thank you! The technique at the bottom to tie and secure all sides is the best I have seen so far. The side note I take the liberty of commenting concerns the music. It is too repetitive for a 22 minute video, becoming tiring. I could of course mute it but the tutorial would then be less interesting and boring:)

Hello Morgane, Yes, of course, If you have 3-4 mm ropes you can reduce the length of rope for the same size or you want to have a longer basket with the 3-4 mm ropes by using the same dimensions. 😉👍

Is it necessary to turn it inside out to tie it off? Both sides look the same, seems flipping it twice is unnecessary 🤷‍♀️ please help, bc that’s where I am now. About to finish the seams.

Hello, Yes, it is necessary to turn it inside out. If you don't turn it, the threads you will cut remain outside. 😉
