Hey, I love this wall hanging but I can't find the round wooden hoops. All I can find is like the embroidery hoops. Where can I find the round hoops? 2/08/24

What does the 10 x 98 mean? / 250 cm. There are not 10 cords or 98, this confuses me all the time. Can someone plz answer my question?! TIA 😊

It depends on the measurements you prefer to work with. 98 inches = 250cm (approximately). If you work in inches you’d cut 10 cords at 98 inches. If you work in metres/centimetres then you’d cut 10 cords at 250 centimetres (which is 2.5 metres). She’s just proving the conversion from inches to cm so people don’t have to work out the conversion themselves. Hope that helps 😄

PS you start with 10 cords. Create a larks head knot with one cord by folding in half over the dowel. This gives you two strands hanging down. With those same two stands you create one more Larks Head to the left and one to the right. Essentially, this will give you four loops around the dowel with two strands hanging down. So if you are counting the total loops around the dowel, yes, there are more than 10 but you only need 10 cords to create the effect. Is that what you were trying to figure out?
