Hey Mr Econ, Thanks for the video, Just had one question? The part where it says Cpi Calculation what would be the question format for it on the Ap Test? "Calculate the Cpi for Country X" as an example?

What is the formula for market basket

The market basket is just the goods and their quantities within it (in the US the CPI market basket is made up of 80,000 different goods that typical Urban households buy). To calculate a CPI, you multiply the quantities in the market basket by the prices of the goods then add it together. You do that once with the current year prices then once with the base year prices. Then, take the value of the market basket in the current year divide it by the value of the market basket in the base year, the times 100. I hope that helps!

It really depends. For example, the tax multiplier is technically negative, but many professors don't teach it that way. Just make sure you know the relationship between tax changes and GDP are inverse (negative). If you have a more specific question, please let me know!
