Well, it may not be FOSS, but it has "fireworks" in the name, and that's how we all celebrate 4th of July and other independence days, right? Well, it's Macromedia Fireworks. Well, anyways, bad puns aside, I hope you had a good Canada Day (which happened yesterday) or have a good 4th of July (which happens in a few days)!
