I am a nomad nut. Having grown up in the car business in the 1960s ,I never owned one ,but I did own three very nice 57s. I do regret not buying a nomad, they were dirt cheap back then. Well such is life...

These Nomad restorations have phenomenal standards of refinishing. Nothing is higher.

The red and white Nomad we see is perfect. I love the factory hub caps, Hard too improve on the 55!

Great video I love nomads I worked for a restoration shop back in the eighties and the owner moved to louisiana from New York him and his wife were both X military and he had a really clean gray and white 56 nomad I really screwed up not buying that car it needed a transmission I could have bought it for 2k the interior was perfect I let my dad talk me out of it he told me you need a car that runs and drives not something you have to put more money out on to get running....I told him I know I will be able to triple my money in a few years he ask me to listen to me this one time your not making good sense....lol look who wasn't making good sense. That is the one time I wish I wouldn't have listened to him.

Love your tri-fives..had a black 57 Nomad in 1981..third owner with like new original upolstry..had plastic seat covers up to me owning it..sold it in 2012 and made a down payment on a new home in Las Vegas .LOL Only tri-five left is the 150 Chevy utility sedan that Pacific Bell used until 1966. The shop that seviced it bought it at auction and it was their parts runner until I bought it in 1979. Still have it and drve it to shows in Las Vegas. The car was used in Northern CA delivered phone books to my parents home in Santa Rosa..😊

Very pleasing color combinations for the trifive wagons. Is there only one 1955 tailgate true knuckle buster here......most 55's were originally provided with the knuckle buster.

At one time while growing up we had Plymouth Safari Wagon and I couldn't stand it. The Nomad is much better. Whatever maker of like types found out and about in Southern California are beach mobiles but the Chevy is tops.

used to own a nomad 57 sold it had floor issue and was unable to weld them to a bodyman in new hampshire who welded in a good used 4 dr wagon pan new ones were unavalable in 76' he raced it at epping still have the paperwork and two 57 sedans the chrome and rubber boobs take away the jet intake look on front bumper aand look subpar with the cheap attempt to upgrade the original art work of the car

Beautiful cars but how about some commentary?

These cars are nice but I just can't see dumping thousands of dollars in a vehicle I mostly sit around and look at...they are just too expensive to drive around much. I guess if you enjoy going to car shows and sitting around talking about cars all day it would be a good investment....keeping them flawless costs money also but they rarely decease in value!
