This is melodic clawhammer at its very best. You introduce a neat chromatic passing tone leading to the half cadence in the repeated A section. Your tone is rich and the rhythm swings with delightful syncopations. I hope you win the competition!

Hilary, you have cleaner note separation than Jerry Garcia. So bell-like and warm, superb!!! You are my clawhammer teacher and have taught me so well. I am seriously thinking about upgrading to the Bart Reider now! That instrument sounds so lovely.
