wait... I haven't seen the original game for a few years now, so I'm not sure about this but did they reused the character's sprites when talking? It seemed like they only remade the game's visuals weird.
Nope, they remade the sprites and scenarios, modified some gameplay stuff like the chainsaw. And the pic of dialogues were improved and redrawed, as well the cg pictures
