props to you for stepping out of your comfort zone mate :) practice makes perfect, ignore the offense people give off as a result of their miserable lives
The quote is “…It wasn’t as good as I wanted it to be…” emphasis on the “I”. I think the creator of the Mad Max franchise is allowed to have an opinion on what is done with his IP. He didnt necessarilly say it was a terrible game, but just now what he wanted to to turn out to be in the end.
Especially considering the circumstances revolving the 2015 games' development, he's more than justified to feel the way he does. Mad Max Bible has a really good video diving into some of the details of what happened with Miller's original game project as well as looking into why it turned out the way it did. Personally, if Miller wants to do another game but with his actual blessing and not have his future plans spoiled by poor document control I'm all for that.
Well as much fun as i had playing the like four times through completely, but lets face it... it was extremely repetative. all the enemies were just copies of other enemies. like the bosses were just recolored versions of the same model. it got pretty had to get through sometimes because its the same thing over and over. BUT there were alot of the game mechanics that were top notch. The diving and driving battles is amazing. The customizablity of the car is awesome. The customization of max is awesome. The fighting was awesome. The overall gameplay is a mix of Arkham Asylum and GTA. But the story was pretty lacking. Having it more open world with more stuff in it like what George Miller originally wanted before the studio pushed him out, you can look that up, would have made it even better.
And all those issues they managed to address having more time to work on Hogwarts. Go figure what additional time can afford a developer when not pressured to release as a timed film tie-in..
Yo, Buddy.. Maybe don't read out loud articles if you can't read out loud. Just a thought. or, if you have massive dyslexia, read it to yourself a couple of times and just summarize it vocally in your video.
I don't have dyslexia just nervous while reading it, never did so great reading in front of other people. I only did a video on this because I needed a video out for that day
Kojima would turn it into a complete mess...Even if the gameplay was decent, it would be a philosophical c.f. with absolutely no recognisable Mad Max flavor and a ton of loose ends, making it unsatisfying.
