Shadow of Mordor was a solid game but still not better than one of the games that it copied (you can guess which one it's better than) anyway mad max looks a lot less like a copy than shadow of mordor did when the gameplay was first released.

even1313 Yeah really suprised myself. I'm just concerned about all mechanics in general, it looks flashy but a lot of the movement seemed stiff. I remember this being dubbed as just a racing game, hopefully they didn't bite off more than they can handle.Although it seems most games that remained on the hush lately have turned out to be pretty good.

Jesse Burnes there are two good transformer games i think at least. transformers: fall of cybertron and war for cybertron. there quite good for a license game.

Barun Aiden Gurung You're saying that they need to stop releasing "in-game engine" (which I assume you mean on the lines of the previous trailers for this game where it obviously isn't gameplay and everything is pre-rendered). What I'm saying is that in many games in which they release "in-game engine" trailers is ones in which they don't have the environment/core mechanics of a game finished and must settle on showing pre-determined sections without actual gameplay.

David Corneliusen But..that's not what I was talking about :/ I was actually praising "Avalanche Studios" and telling other game Devs to take note from these guys.You know Devs like Dice, who released "in-engine footage" when they had "demo build" ready to showcase but just did it behind closed doors.They serve no purpose and they could have just released a cgi trailer instead(which is fine) I am all up for promoting your games early to generate hype(even if it's cgi ones when demo builds aren't ready) but that wasn't the case with EA and Dice.I hope now you understand me better :)

I'm simply saying that for some companies an in-game engine trailer is all they could show at their current build. SamuraiMotoko Well, Shadow of Mordor was really good, and High Moon Studios made two stellar Transformers games (War for Cybertron and Fall of Cybertron).

but shadow of mordor and the cybertron games are not movie tied. in fact, the third transforme game, which was kind of movie tied because uses the characters of the movies and that artstyle, was really bad compared to the others

Yeah as I know it hasn't much to do with the movies. Their taking the character and the world wit lots of stuff from the movies and doing their own thing with it.
