Oh my god I love this so much!!!! I'm a HUGE Mad Max fan! I want to make Mad Max fan films one day, it just seems so fun! The world of Mad Max is so rich and deserves more stories! I LOVE THE EDITING STYLE AS WELL, It feels like a mix of George Miller himself and Edgar Wright!

Colour me impressed. The exploding pedestrians reminded me of the damage one was capable of once you maxed out everything on a Volkswerker from Carmageddon (i still play the game to this day). The casual cannibalism and cars are a great mix.

***** Yeah, the GoPro held up pretty well. RU-vid compression kind of helped us a bit, as there was a lot of blocking in the sky that the compression kind of covers up. Had to do a little selective blurring in DaVinci as well.

I love this short film. The story is interesting, the color is great, the sound is awesome, and very nice pacing. The only problem I had (a super minor one) was in the beginning they were pushing the car towards the left, but the rest of their journey to the gas station they were heading towards right. Other than that, I love it. Great job guys !!

Hey Sam and Niko, I must say, this was one of your best videos I've seen in a while. It's fun, full of action and incredibly well edited. The camerawork is amazing and the music fits like a glove. The cannibal was a good character too and well acted. I think you got the atmosphere of Mad Max really well done in your video. mario1997281 Mad Max came out way before Fallout. First one came out in 1979 and the second one which shows more of a wasteland came out in 1981. This predates even Wasteland(1988), the game that Fallout was inspired by. Hell, even the Mad Max game for the NES came out before Fallout(but not before Wasteland). Still, if you enjoy the Fallout world then you'll probably enjoy the Mad Max world. If you haven't seen the movies then I suggest checking them out before playing the Mad Max game. The first one isn't that good in my opinion but the second and third are phenomenal. It's still worth watching the original Mad Max just to know the story even if it's not full of action.
