You barely land on your nuts :), Non riders or riders who don't do this type of riding wouldnt understand. Most times u r riding with seat out when side hopping or doing big drop/jumps.
I used two different unicycle, both stock KH20". I did most of the street and flat tricks on 125mm KH Moment cranks with Twisted PC pedals and the trials stuff was with 137mm Spirit cranks and Kona Wah Wah pedals.
me riding my unicycle on the side walk Lady: great job your balance is incredible sees guy riding unicycle on a railing Me: this guys balance is god tier
Initial and final portions were in Golden, but the bulk was filmed on the University of Colorado campus in Boulder (Mostly at the C4C and Kitteridge buildings).
My first real unicycle!(first one was a cheap plastic one as a kid ru-vid.comUgkx4e2fa6x27dF7shCelntq0ZIKt4N0jELI I never learned to ride)So, this is a true learner, and for a C note, exactly what was needed. After a few weeks, I'm able to easily ride up and down the street. The Good: Solid frame. Has absorbed numerous spills through learning and still solid. Look - great looks, after 6 weeks of bashing Weight - it's really all tire, but as I fall I can easily grab the seat so it doesn't slam the ground. Size - Very adjustable. I'm 6', 33" inseam. I put it mostly up, but could go a bit higher if I needed to. The Bad: Not sure if it's out of the norm, but seat got scraped up quickly. Pedals - they are a bit uncomfortable and I can't get the right feel on my feet. But, they are solid and haven't been damaged at all as I've seen in reviews on other cycle's.- To address one comment about the seat connection not straight. Huh? Seat is on a round pole, you just turn it and it's straight. Either of the bad I expected to replace once I improved. I'd recommend to anyone else in the learning phase.
he certainly is - he is the world champion - super good on a trials bike too which is where i met Max - hopefully we are going todo a muni (mountain unicycle) edit in a week or two - thanks for checking it out.
No, but seriously though. Unicyclists just try and do what cyclists do but they make it harder for themselves so they can't do as much. Doesn't make sense. Maybe they're just not good enough at cycling
Geoff Hiemy I think I speak for most unicyclers when I say unicycle riders are very comfortable on bikes. Unicycling is just incredebly fun, why would anyone ride a motorbike? Its just a less practical car, no? Its just what they enjoy.
Geoff Hiemy yeah I thought about a good analogy for a while, couldnt come up with something better. But you do have to realise bikes and unicycles are far different. Its just whatever someone prefers. I prefer one wheel you might prefer something else
