Super glad you had a relaxing vacation. Awesome pink! Not know Jack about Korean gels. But 2nd coat is a must. 3 on occasion. Coral yes! All are beautiful. yes, all glitter colors. Oh yes matte! I have nude & coral matte on now. Coffee & brownie great breakfast
Hey Guylene. I think these are suppose to be "syrup" gels - not totally translucent and not totally opaque. You can use it for just a wash of color, or build it to be more opaque. Korean gels are suppose to use the best ingredients for color an the skin. Don't know how true it is as most companies say something similar. Thanks for sharing. Take care.
I regularly order Korean gels. They are more expensive, but the colors are different from ours, the formulas are much creamier than ours, they self level much better than some of ours, and they are much healthier than some of ours. That being said, they seem to be more syrup like (like if we added clear to our colors), they need more coats to become more opaque than ours, and they are expensive to begin with and the shipping is stupid expensive if it comes straight from Korea.
#coffeewithcarl 💚☕🦎 so glad ya came down to kick it with us! love you so bad. 🥰 these colors are gorge but now thatcha mention it, i'm wonderin if i wanna hold out for june's pride collex... 🤔
Have you heard anything more about their regular polish line? As far as if it’s just a trial thing or if they have plans to do a complete line? They’ve always had such beautiful colors I had always thought how great if they did duplicate colors in regular! Not that I’ll ever have nails to wear polish again. lol 😂
It must be my tv but I’m not seeing neon in that orange color. It looks like dreamsicle to me. And looks very bond looks like straight up pink, no coral. Weird.
Haha, funny, we do have timeshare with WG, but at Lakes. You have been to another resort from WG, right? If I would have known I still have weeks available in a 1 bdr Villa. I really like the colors so maybe I'll spend my credit on those. Thanks for sharing ❤
Interesting you used a clear in between coats to help blend. Would blooming gel work too? Just curious you know I don’t use gel. Beautiful gradient!!!! Do you know Evita on IG? Nails at midnight or something? That woman does the best gradients I have ever seen in all sorts of colors. I love gradients but with regular polish and OCD it’s not a good combination! 😂 LOL
@@Guylene325 your gradients are great! I’m sure I’ve seen you like her pages. She’s one of the top few ppl I see everywhere with you. Next time I’m on IG I’ll send you a post of hers. She seems to do gradients on every design and they’re just so well blended. I don’t know enough when to stop trying to make it better and end up over tapping it. Lol
?? I just have a question about the topcoats that dull Holo if I may. I have a lot of different brands of topcoats. I don’t know which dull and which don’t dull Holos. I could never tell the difference but would using a water-based topcoat first like Maniology smudge free help. Then apply the topcoat.
Yes, if you don't notice I wouldn't worry about it. The problem I have with using a water-based first is that it peels off easy. That's the problem I find with a lot of quick dry top coats, it peels away and shrinks from the polish.
