I'm so glad Dubby won. Problem is the most egotistical, arrogant prick out there in the Madden community. Walks around touting himself as the greatest all the time, and is just full of himself in general. He no doubt has many accomplishments in Madden, but he literally hasn't won a single tournament since Madden 13, and yet continues to act like he is the best ever. Besides this tournament, and one last year where Stiff blew him out in the finals, he hasn't even come close to winning any big tournament since Madden 13. Feels good to watch him get his ego checked, he is hard to root for.
There haven't really been that many tourneys since Madden 13, they just started up again towards the end of last year. And he's been the runner up twice. So if we're being technical, he's still the most consistent player, as no other competitor has made the final game twice. SpotMe, Moe, Stiff, and Dubby all made it to one final, and won. Skimbo, DJones made it to one final and lost. Problem made 2 finals, lost both, but he still got there twice. Extremely hard to do.
+Eric Cunningham The tournaments you're familiar with in Madden may have not been numerous in the years previous to last, but there has always been a ton of tournaments in general going on. They are just televising more of them now, there has always been plenty of big tournaments every single year. With the exception of two tournaments in all the years since Madden 13, he has done very little. Nobody is doubting that the guy is good at Madden, don't think I'm trying to say that. What I am saying is that him going around touting himself as the greatest is pretty stupid, because he simply is not the greatest Madden player right now, and hasn't been for years. He may have had a legitimate claim to being the best years ago, but he doesn't now, yet he acts like he is so much better than everyone else. I tried watching his stream when he was talking with other competitors before the Madden bowl, his arrogance was off the charts. When asked which group was the hardest, he said it didn't matter, because he was the best and was going to win no matter what. Ever seen his little e-book advertisement where he wants to try to convince people to pay ridiculous amounts of money for his ebook? He literally types out a novel, just repeating himself over and over about how he is the greatest ever, and is basically a god send to the Madden world. Check out this tid bit from it for example: My name is Eric “Problem” Wright, the man referred to by many of the finest Madden Players on the planet as being The Greatest Madden Player of all Time. It’s hard for me to take issue with that title. Why? Because this title is based entirely on cold, hard facts.
william harmon You right these pass crazy dudes always trying to pass the ball you have a mobile QB BUT he throws the ball into double coverage. lol, not one play of these dude breaking away with the running back they can't read blocks wideside passing madden player these guys will never beat a team I bring to the madden challenge yall will see me in madden 18.
MandO Marc not really dude. Dubby couldn't stop the clock. if problem had run it and kick a FG dobby would have gotten back with a few seconds left on the clock. obviously this guy problem doesn't understand football.
I swear to god if the commentators say 'screaming off the edge' one more time I'm gonna fucking lose it. Sometimes it's okay to just say 'blitz' or 'bring pressure'.

Sndchamp99 Don't be fooled by the big stag these guys are very average Madden coordinators, They can't even read blocks when they run the ball. I know cats that will make these dudes look so average.
Kyle Shanahan play calling right there just run the ball, Dub had 0 timeouts even if you didn't get the first you would've been able to knock 40 seconds off.
because everyone in this is good at the game and it wouldn't be balanced if someone had the browns and had to play against the steelers who have most OP offense in regular teams
Does madden not exhibit fouls ? No offside holding encroachment false start pass interference face mask. Nothing. I'm not hating on the game at all by the way it just seems odd in the spectator stand point.
Facts 3rd & 3 with all 3 timeouts kick the field goal and play defense Dubby burned all of his. That would put the pressure on dub but prob was way over his head.
what's with all the cit's (catch in traffic) no players no matter how good they are hold on to those types of catches when getting hit. crazy to see all the Madden cheese
When problem threw that pick in the fourth he had a wide open in coming across the middle!😩😩😩😩 that really ticked me off he lost 75 grand because of that one mistake
Fially it's either a possession catch or what happens when you press the left and right trigger and the dive button. This helps you secure the catch on a slant especially, as well as protect the ball from turnovers.
found this very hard to watch. give credit to both players for putting in the time etc...but wtf. there were about 30 plays total where each guy missed opportunities and open recievers. dubby bro...the seam was open almost every play for quick hits to Graham and Fitzgerald for big gains. kept dropping it off to the back or hitting Moss on those drag routes. could have been a blow out on either side if they had quicker eyes and better football knowledge...
