I was contacted today by a man in the needle exchange program. He is in close contact with medical staff and other associated entities that help people with circumstances like Maddie and Jarryl. He asked while I was in Detroit if I saw anyone that I felt needed medical care. I told him yes, Maddie, and he told me to give her his number. I instead called Tiffany and she took over. This man can provide medical related items and can take a photo of anyone's body part and immediately send it to a physician. Tiffany made contact and did an excellent job. Beware, there are people going on chats and other places posing as recognized medical personnel trying to locate Maddie and Jarryl. Don't fall for it.
Yes, 100% fueling their addiction. Tom, don't kid yourself, there's a 99% chance that donated money go to drugs. Hardly anything else is is a priority in their lives! That's why they are still homeless and in need of help despite years and years of getting handouts. Handouts alone do not work at all.
For people to be able to help them, they need to help themselves first. Cause any effort to help them change will be useless if they ain't doin anything to at least try changing their lifestyle. There's a lot of success stories from addiction. If they can, these couple can do it too, they just have to try.

But they have to try and people should understand that giving them money to help is not actually helping them for the better, it's helping them fund their addiction. And the more people give them money, the more these 2 ask for more and begs for more. If they want to help, might as well give them food, clothes and other stuff not the money.
This is so incredibly sad. I have been watching her since the very beginning and she literally looks like she’s 60 years old. I really pray for her all the time that she gets off of the streets and can be a mother to her children and be free of addiction
My sister is 47, and addicted to the monster, heroin,and she looks 20 years older!! NOT shaming on age! This $ hit makes you skinny,skin looks off color,ect.

Maddie go get your finger and wrist taken care of before you get Sepsis. The infection can go through your blood stream. It’s very serious. You tried to hide it this whole interview. Please go before you lose your thumb or get a really bad infection that will spread.
So true my mum got acute sepsis last year although she’s 80 and it’s a miracle she’s alive it went from 0-100 real quick affected her breathing on oxygen mask huge hole in her liver and a cyst on her left lung. etc..but I’ve know people in there 20s that have also almost died from it once it spreads in blood and to certain organs

Ikr I wish that she would go to rehab her a j both I left an email for them of a facility in Michigan that they can both go to and this place helps ppl get into sober living and with whatever resources they would ever need....I'm two months sober thanks to that program..I was in the streets for 11 years so hopefully Maddie has her rock bottom asap...sad to know she lost part of her thumb and that didn't do it

I know this was 7 mnths.ago, but I'm still gonna say it.... I'm sure they'd love the "normal" wver day life, off drugs & able to be in control. It's almost impossible to do that though. Even if they got clean.... they need follow up help* not handouts, but follow up health care- mental care and arrangements- ways to get by and live whur they ain't have to be hungry and on the street. ALL THOSE are necessary to not feel like gettin so er is all for nothin!!! Why get sober to stay healthy and alive if your life is all struggle, break downs, and daily hustlin for simple shelter??! Is Krokodil/Desmomorphine being circulated in Detroit? It's a cheap synthetic alternative to Heroine. The side effects, including gangrene and necrosis, are similar to her condition. It leaves users' flesh/fingers to rot and essentially fall off.
I hope these two aren’t on Krokodil…yes, it’s widely used in Russia and it’s cheap, made with gasoline and other toxic ingredients. The life span of someone using it is roughly 18 months after first shooting it.. it’s starting to show up or being made here in the US. It’s deadly

Wrap That hand and thumb up really good to keep it clean so you don't have to keep trying to hide it all the time it draws even more attention to it By hiding it in strange places. And since she has free Medicaid health insurance she might as well go get her eyes checked and get new glasses so she doesn't have to squint all the time and it might help the way her eyes cross so often. would help her out so much.
Not everyone is on Medicaid just because they qualify. I sure hope she is! That hand is very worrisome. It does need attention. A lot of doctors treat people with addictions like 💩 around here. But there are some good nursing staff in Detroit who understand.
Out of the 2,Maddie looks the worse for the wear...I think there is still hope for them and would just be so happy to see them get clean and healthy!! They seem like good ppl...💖

I CANNOT believe that is Maddie. She looks like a completely different person. My heart breaks for her & especially her two boys. I wish she knew she is worth SOOO much more than being out on the streets, doing drugs, and begging online multiple times a day. I am scared for her & how badly she’s gotten. She needs help before it’s too late but unfortunately until she’s ready to get her life together, it’s a waste of time even trying. If she continues on this path for another few years I can’t imagine what she’ll look like because wow her appearance went down hill fast. It’s really sad that one day her boys will be able to watch this video & see their mother high as a kite. Maddie please go get help before your boys have to bury their mother.

Rehab is POINTLESS unless the person actually wants to get clean and Change their lives. It wasn't till my 3rd time at Inpatient treatment that I finally wanted to change my life.
She has so much potential, what a waste. A Couple years ago she was such a beautiful young lady and now you can see the drugs are starting to take their toll
@@metallica2500 Some “aging” effects of drug use is temporary. Eye bags from lack of sleep and saggy skin from dehydration, for example. I have seen people get it all the way back after quitting. I had an NA sponsor who actually looked younger in her “after” 20 years clean photo at 52 than her “before” mugshot at 32. No lie. I’ve seen other people do it too. My main concern is Maddie will feel it’s hopeless and stop trying. That’s where I was at when I looked like her a few years into heavy use. It’s not that I didn’t want to quit. I had tried and failed so many times and lost so much I lost hope. But skin, hair, and teeth can be fixed or replaced…she can’t! I hope she knows it gets SO much easier when you quit dope. If she even could get on MAT, then treatment to beat the crack…it can be done. I used to relapse when my man did. I finally got to the point where I just let go & let him go off and do whatever if he got high cause I wasn’t going. He’s still here and we’re both off drugs. I hope Maddie and Jarryl can put their recovery first. The rest will follow. I had to go to treatment after my man cause he got in first. Maddie, Jarryl ain’t going nowhere. And Jarryl better know Maddie ain’t either. That girl loves him. I hope they just try to get off the drugs, whatever it takes. You can always try again as long as you complete your program (or insurance can get fussy after awhile but I went 6 times lol) But you never know what you can do until you try!
@@brittaolson6550 I agree with the majority of what you said wholeheartedly, with that said, I know many attics that once they got clean ended the relationships that they were in while they were using. Going into treatment the people swore up-and-down that they were never going to leave the other person that they love them so much, but overtime and serious therapy, they realize that the person they were with isn’t who they would pick under clean circumstances. I’m not saying that she should leave him or she shouldn’t leave him, but what I am saying is her love for him might be very skewed at this point in her life and to say that she loves him and she’s not going anywhere is a bit presumptuous. I understand that once somebody gets clean they can almost start looking better within days, my only point was, one can see the damage that the drugs are doing and some of that damage might not come back as easy as months in the dental chair and I also understand that good sleep a healthy diet can definitely help what’s going on with her eyes, I just hope she’s around Long enough to get that chance.

I don't know if maddie is suffering from depression silently.....there is a lot people that suffer with depression including myself but I take antidepressants.....maybe maddie is ashamed to admit that she is....and maybe jeryl as well...depression is not a mental illness like people make it seem....but using recreational drugs will not help...it will actually worsen the situation....from smoking Crack and doing heroin she can end up over time developing psychosis....that's what happened to my second older sister that past 9 years back ....it was bad after she would smoke she would tell me that there were bugs on her.....she would call me so I can see the imaginary bugs crawling on her...it got so bad that I tried to get her help and she ran off with her friends to Boston....depression has to be treated with a psychiatrist.....little by little
Depression is the reason people do drugs... people who do drugs for the thrill, usually can stop and put a handle on their habits. But when you’re depressed and try drugs, it become an escape
Yes, good point! Lots of people with mental illness try to self-treat with drugs and alcohol, and it does make it worse. I have Bipolar Disorder but before I got diagnosed I thought I was just doing what I wanted, using drugs or alcohol. I didn’t realize I was having poor judgment from the Bipolar. Plus, I got sent to an inpatient mental institution at 14 where I wasn’t allowed to leave and the staff were not kind to me. I had just suffered being forcibly turned out on the streets by an adult. So I had a bad idea of mental health services. I have stayed off substances since I got proper mental health treatment from a Dual Diagnosis treatment center. I didn’t know that meant mental health so I gave it a try. I did relapse but I knew to go in and tell someone I had been off my meds and my diagnosis. It’s been several years now since I used any substances and I also see how I was trying to fix my moods with the drugs. I think they would do great in dual diagnosis. They might not have mental illness but if you have a hard time getting clean it’s best to check it out so you know, and don’t have to do it all over again (hopefully). Love your input!

I wish them the best always have. Encouragement and being consistent when encouraging can go a long way. Yes it has to be their choice but it cost $0 to be nice and encourage someone you never know what impact it may make one day. 💝 My daughter told me that with so much negativity she felt worthless and when ppl was encouraging her it made her feel a sense of hope and that she could do it and that someone really cares. I am not saying send $ i am saying have hope and encourage someone you never know what your words can do today even if it seems hopeless .
Just seen Mamma Kelly latest video at the end she says she went back to her old bando and someone had been living there so she said " hell no" and DROPPED A DOODOO in middle of the floor. I had to listen a few times in disbelief but she said she dropped her pants and did her business right there. I dont know why she was so angry at someone using the bando. As far as I knew last year she was the only one doing heroin. He was only smoking crack not that that makes a difference but the shit they're putting in heroin these days will kill you quicker than anything.
It's a shame I know you had high hopes for them. On their RU-vid, they won't answer questions or let people talk to them. They made their channel for totally different reasons than what I think you thought they were going to use it for. The lies are just too much. Example. People were worried when they said they had a generator. They told everyone it's outside the house, outback. It was in house the whole time. That's why she just said why you telling that.
I'm absolutely surprised and very happy that they are both still alive and together. I guess that lifestyle is just a tad more sustainable when you have a partner.
It can be triggering to some people to watch this when Maddie is obviously high and just used. I think if she actually watched this it might open her eyes to how she looks.

They already went to a rehab and were rejected d/t insurance. So other than them working with someone to find a rehab that has a bed available and takes thier insurance-wtf else should they and all thier subscribers do right now ? Huh? What's your solution?

All it takes is a phone call to the local recovery phone number that's in that area and they get you into detox and then rehab, NO insurance needed. There are also state/government funded recovery programs where they literally will get you state/government insurance. If she choose to get clean today she has places she could go.

Why not help people that are doing good things and working hard but having a hard time making ends meet? There are mothers being actual mothers who need help (unlike Maddie); students need help; foster care students that are turning 18 and need help to transition out of foster care; single fathers that work and care for their children; widows and widowers that need medicine or food or house repairs.

I see this video as another chapter in their story. Tom said he's not promoting their channel or providing links anymore. But people want to see and hear for themselves what's been going on with them. And if you listen to the conversation, they discuss many things that have been topics of conversation here on youtube. Who knows, maybe M&J will read these comments, maybe it will help them decide to take the next step and walk away from drugs. We can only hope.
Tom didn't say he was deleting their videos he said he was quitting promoting them on his. He was removing the links. Since then Tom has obviously found out what's truth from BS He's now caught up with M&J and posted the interview for all of us to see.
