After "Don't Ever Let Your Children Go Up", this is my 2nd favorite of Maddie's all-around fantastic originals! I hope Maddie releases "You Probably Wouldn't Like Me Anyway" as a bonus track on her future album, perhaps. We don't have enough of this music/sound today, which is why Maddie is so refreshing and necessary.
I feel like more of myself when i listen to her. She does'nt fail to mesmerize me everyday. With this song i can express myself to my dream girl with a confident soul (which btw said she liked me once but got turned off). thanks to maddie i discovered myself more than i could imagine. I wish her all the best and i wish her success in every way.
we need a compilation of ALL of Maddie Poppie songs, she brings any tune she sings into a finger snapping tune with good rythum. she is a lot like the beatles, (timeless) . Maddie is such a great singer she has a way of bringing to life songs that are fun to listen and sing along with. i can't wait for her ALBUM to come out.
She’s my favorite from American Idol because she doesn’t just sing beautifully she also has the mind of a great lyricist and makes wonderful originals like this and “Don’t let your children grow up.” Also I might be biased cause she’s also from Iowa. Team Poppe
She's got a great chance of winning Idol, it's a solid group of contestants this year, maybe the best I've seen in a very long time but I see Maddie Poppe taking it, like Lionel Richie said, she's the most complete artist on the show this year.
Cute..quirky...intelligent..talented...what a breath of fresh air to have such a talent..such a package to be the "new face/ voice" of music! You are a great Lyricist...write good strong melodies...and you are a truly unique "stylist"...you do not simply sing..you make each song your own.
