How did Trump take over the Party and install Laura Trump as the leader of the RNC? I don't understand how they just gave up? God knows the Democrat Party has been in inner turmoil for a while, with a strong ultra left branch really pushing back against more centrist candidates. But, I can't imagine the Democrats saying, "Fine, we will just give our party away! "We will just give up since we can't all agree." That is not going to happen! Things should never have been allowed to reach this stage. For all the good things about the American constitution, Trump has shown that there are serious flaws in it. The Supreme Court will have to be altered so that a president cannot load it in his favour. Also a member of the SC should have a fixed term.

An amendment may be proposed by a two-thirds vote of both Houses of Congress, or, if two-thirds of the States request one, by a convention called for that purpose. The amendment must then be ratified by three-fourths of the State legislatures, or three-fourths of conventions called in each State for ratification. Easy peasy.

I was talking to a lady today who says she'll vote for Trump simply because she is prolife. I said what about the mother's life when a Dr isn't allowed to remove a dead fetus because the procedure is an abortion. She says that's not true, the federal government says the doctors can. I said not in Alabama and again she says that was not true. Why is the information she is getting so different than the information I'm getting on the abortion bans? Can someone explain this to me.

@@waynekauffman9779 go read the Alabama laws on abortion and then read the stories of doctors who had to ask for permission to perform the abortion because the mother's life was at risk just to be told her life wasn't at risk and was denied the right to perform the abortion. Women are being forced to carry the dead fetus until things get fought out in the courts or they travel to a different state to get the abortion. The thought of serving 99 years in jail is keeping doctors from doing what is needed. It's a witch test, you're denied until there is proof the mother is dying. By then she will at the least have lifetime health problems or die from toxic shock

One thing I do need to say is that the Democratic party needs to work very carefully to make sure these upcoming votes are not being messed with. There are many trumpers in positions that could and would change the outcome if they could find a way. Extra Safety measures need to be added for these elections, additional ballot boxes need to be available in all areas and stringent measures must be watched to protect the vote.

Many reason conspire to make voting in America difficult. A few examples: - The presidential election always takes place on a regular working Tuesday, so people are tired and busy. - Voter registration is not automatic and has a bunch of rules that can get you kicked off the rolls. - The Electoral College system means that if you have a minority opinion in your state, your vote effectively doesn't count. And then there's the fact that Republicans have spent the last two decades actively trying to make it harder.

Biden got 7 million more votes than Trump. Hillary Clinton got 3 million more votes than Trump. Democrats are consistently more popular. They get more votes election after election, but Republicans have been able to game & rig the system in their favor with gerrymandering, knocking people of voter rolls, making it harder for Dems to vote & weaponizing social media & legacy media to their advantage. Trump’s poll numbers have been consistently low. Never getting higher than 40% but you live in a right wing media bubble that convinced you he’s well liked. He’s not.
