Thanks for all the great videos. Can you explain the difference between Ocular Ischemic Syndrome and Venous Stasis Retinopathy? Or why Oc Isch Syn is not venous stasis? Thank you!

If I have a phoria that is out up in one eye and only out in the other eye, can I use a maddox rod to confirm this? Can I collect individual data from each eye with the maddox rod?
