Hi Dipika , to crack the perfect parantha , Layer your parantha dough ball with ghee, thinly flatten it and make holes/cuts so that it does not become a Puri. Your parantha will turn out flaky and soft at the same time if your follow these three steps.

Don't know how she tastes her own dishes and appreciates it. As someone who cooks regularly I can barely tell the taste of my own food. Obviously others know the taste but it's hard for the one who cooks understand their own taste.

Sounds delicious. I finally had Rooh Afzah. Have always seen my parents get it during Ramadan here in the US but never tried it. Had it with milk and it was so good. Especially good for iftar
