LOL! His pop country is pure Nashville trashville. He's a grifter. Staind dried up and he needed to make himself relevant and country is the easiest to grift and make money. He's mediocre at best. Staind first two albums are legit but after that it's radio but-rock.

You probably know these guys, but if not, it will give you a ton of new songs. Some of my favorites are Creed Fisher, Dillon Carmichael, Frank Foster, Aaron watson, Cody jinks, Micky lamantia, Tyler Childers and I'm forgetting a few more but there country. A different genre but David crowder, Ben fuller and Zach Williams. They sing Christian music, but some sounds like country. That's all I can remember currently but hopefully you can find something new. I like Aaron but he's far from a favorite of mine but he's good. He has put out a few killer tracks in the last few years for sure. Am I the only one, let's go fishing, country boy and everybody talks to God are some of his I enjoy.

I remember( before our gov let companies flee to other countries for cheaper labor( more profit) I remember tags with the american flag saying( proudly made in america) I remember the high up corp dude knowing your name, your kids names and actually giving a hoot about you.I remember well made products that my granddad used, thu rusted and needing some care, still work 3 generations later!!! Proudly made in america. I remember folks watching out for each other, each others kids, and working as a team on certain things.I remember neighbors helping neighbors instead of calling the cops or not even knowing each other, I remember summer nights playing midnight witch in the field behind the house and mom and dad bringing home d.q dilly bars, peanut buster bars for us and the neighborhood kids, their moms calling for mom to send them home.I remember a simpler time, moms got to be moms( and were damned good at it) dads were men, and kids were able to be kids, no hurry to grow up,schools actually taught you a heck of a lot, from patients to life skills, home ech, wood shop, sports, gymnastics, weights, dance, music, drama, arts, science ect.We used to be something, we let greed win, and this is were we are.
