'Made in Milk' - the story of Hirut in Ethiopia 

Ethiopia's dairy sector has long been neglected in the economy. Milk is not a very valued product in Ethiopia, and consumption is very low. Because the milk supplies are irregular and inadequate, potential investors are discouraged to invest in the dairy sector. But for Hirut - who started a milk processing company just a few years ago- things have turned out quite differently.
