3m opposite side of the taxis, just the other side of the road is the bus station. Some 2 Euros per person down to the city. On fridays and saturdays, the local farmers selling their fruits and vegatables much, much cheaper. During the week it is just a tourist trap, or check out the side streets for small fruit and vegatable shops and offers, as you said.
