So updates in the case They found a Reddit post on social media by a Soto that was Delete it the previous day Before her birthday party on Saturday And they not sure yet if it’s her or not yet But the police are looking into it. it said she couldn’t take it anymore. She had to tell somebody about the sa And the fact that her mother beat her When she would get angry Hit her physically and kick her in the face while she was down. In addition to that, it said she had a hard time with English because it was her second language, not her first, which we could recall the grandmother is Spanish Which is why she said she was quiet to a lot of people. Also, she said that her mother found the post and she was worried about it. This Soto posted on the account that account that on that Monday she was going to Tell the teacher what was going on in her household. I’m wondering if that’s why they haven’t charged Stephan with the murder do they know it was the mother And Stefan helped kill and Dispose of the body Because of what he was doing.

The mom seems to be very codependent. The mom had to know what happened to her she was too calm in her interviews.And Stephan slipped up and talked about her in the past tense before they found her. This is so tragic and heart breaking for sweet Madeline. She suffered for years because of Stephan.I want him to rot in prison not get the death penalty that would be to easy for him.

The mother kept saying We took her to school, but she wanted to be dropped off by the church. Then her story changed to My partner took her to school and he dropped her off by the church. There is some video from the church, but, investigators do not think it is Madeline they see in the video. I think the person in the video is Madeline's mother trying to make an alibi. Here is what I have come up with via readings: The mother definitely knew Madeline was being abused, Madeline told her. The mother blew her off. Mom needed money and Stephan's income. Madeline wanted to move into a house in the woods with a female teacher and her daughter. It is possible she told this mother or her daughter what was going on. I believe Madeline was pregnant and that might be one reason we are "waiting for results" before the Cause of death is released. I believe They both were drugging Madeline to make her submit. I see Stephan handcuffing her, drugging her, holding a knife to her and threatening to kill her if she told anyone about his abuse. Stephan was not living in the home at the time of Madeline's death. But, he came back that night and I believe the mother called him and said Madeline is dying. Once he arrived mom threatened blackmail to tell about his abuse if he did not help her get rid of the body. But, Madeline might not have been expired at that time, just really drugged up and they finished her. He put her in his car and disposed of her belongings and took her body away. I believe the police are doing a toxicology screen on Madeline and that takes time. They are holding off charges of murder until they get everything back. I think to avoid death penalty, one or the other will flip...MOM will get charges.
The mother also says she didn't talk to Madeline since the evening of Madeline's birthday when she got home.....then in another statement she says "I saw her getting dressed for school, we had breakfast and then we took her to school. Well, part way to school and let her off at the church and watched her walk away" So, two totally different stories. The police were just letting her tell her story and let her blunder....they will go after her. Best bet: offer Stephan a plea deal of taking death off the table for total truth on mom....he will flip I believe Madeline might have been pregnant and mom tried medicines to make the baby abort.... Will be interested in cause of death.....we know that usually they will say pretty quickly if it was strangulation, stabbing, gun, trauma like blunt force trauma to the head....so, something made them think maybe something else involved. If drugged, handcuffed there may be evidence of that and they just are waiting for the full report and for one or the other to flip.

100% it has annoyed me that i did not push that statement further while i was in the moment. I am tninking not involved in the sa, but would need to be tapped in to clarify. But yes i have thought about that statement constantly and so annoyed at myself
I am dealing with a situation like this with a mom. My son’s girlfriend was s/a for years by a stepdad type and the mom ok with it. Trying to understand this.
