Wow this is beautiful piece of work! We are blessed to be friends of these amazing couple and their little wonder Aarav. I would say the space is designed so well with so good ventilation..The colour, texture, terrace every bit of the home is just beyond words . Excellent house. But I think there should be a lift so that parents can go to upper floors. Also internal staircase should be connected to ground floor as ground floor has 2bhk set up for parents. Then It will seems like a complete family else currently it looks like ground floor is for rent and tenants are staying there. It's completely my opinion.

There is a 1500 Liter Over Head Tank and a 10000 Liter Rainwater Harvesting Tank beneath the Car Park. Apart from this there is a 10000 Liter Freshwater Storage Tank as well. Drainage (Rain / Surface Run Off Water) is addressed as well. Sewerage is connected to the Municipality laid lines in the locality.
