Madonna - Celebration Tour, Billie Jean / Like A Virgin - Live at the O2  

This made me cry. Michael has always been my favorite entertainer of all time and Madonna my favorite Female entertainer. I never got the chance to see Michael but for the first time I will be in a concert, it will be Madonnas and it will land on my birthday!!! March 16. Talk about the greatest birthday gift I could ever ask for. Thank you Madonna in advance. I’m not even there yet and I have all these emotions watching this. MJ and Madonna mean so much to me and their devotion to their art in their personal ways shaped me as an adult and teenager growing up.

One thing that I admire about Madonna is she always pays her respects to Michael and she will always be special to music regardless of what people think of her, she is one of the few legendary performers left from Michael’s Era.

Wow. Imagine how cool if Madonna did the exact same tribute at The Grammy's or any awards shows. I love how she included the pictures of them both on the screen. I respect her for doing this tribute.

Being born in the beginning of the 1980s, me and probably everyone on this side of the pond essentially grew up with 3 figures/idols/main people who were huge and always around. 1. Michael Jackson. 2. Princess Diana, and 3. Madonna. We grew up WATCHING madonnas whole career, learning to walk and use the toilet and speak by the 1984 VMAs, and during that era Michael did the Moonwalk on Motown 25 and was on the Victory tour. Those two moments are what defined the 1980s. We grew up with them, and saw their rise, falls, and reinvention. The moment we see the 1984 Madonna give Michael his hat back and they hug, that was tear worthy. I am grateful for both of them, and am proud to say they were the the background score and weaved the fabric of the first decade of my generation

This fake rivalry took from us the opportunity to see them both alive at the same stage. Madonna after all those years shows her respect and love to MJ and with the hug at the end she wants settle this with love ones and for all. And all this , in O2 arena where mj did his last rehearsal. I cried so mich woth the end
