Umm pve she's fine, pvp she's kinda in a weird spot imo. Some people say she's fine and some people still have accuracy issues with her. I'd imagine some capped nodewar tiers she can do fine due to the evasion caps
Just because you don’t land a CC doesn’t mean 0 skill. It takes knowledge to be able to dodge certain hits and know when to attack vs avoid specific skills as well. That Drakania was actually able to 2 skill me if I took the wrong trade or stayed a little too long in range I died. Not every class/fight has only a CC wincon.
