Maestro Don Miguel teaches us what it takes to become a healer under the Shipibo lineage.
To become a true Shaman and work with Ayahuasca, he received the knowledge from his parents and grandparents and dieted the Master Plants of the Amazon jungle extensively.
The path to becoming a healer is not an easy one and takes years to master, and Don Miguel had to face many challenges.

It’s a unique opportunity to acquire the essential foundation to work with Sacred Medicines under the Shipibo lineage from a Maestro with a high level of transparency and years of experience.
Don Miguel was born into a Shipibo community called Roaboya on the River Ucayali. When Don Miguel was a child, Angel Sanchez Vargas, his grandfather, was the community’s curandero. Vargas was an expert in sacred plant medicines and was frequently called upon to heal and share his spiritual wisdom with members of Roaboya. The school built some years later was named after Vargas and Roaboya went on to be recognized as the first indigenous community 114 years ago. Don Miguel grew up surrounded by the Shipibo wisdom and possess intimate knowledge of the sacred plant medicines. At a very young age, he began his apprenticeship as a curandero through plant Dietas under the supportive guidance of his grandfather.

Really felt when he said “ of you are a good person follow those people.! The bad ones have nothing to do with us.” Recently on a major fb break. And reading allot more. At the moment “women who run with the wolves” has my interest peaked. I’ve done medicines such as psilocybin many times. An iboga bark ceremony. I am one with our mother. I really feel grandmother aya calling me. Recently dreaming much more and being told by creator to steal away from certain people as I now feel they’re motives. I would love to connect more. 💚🙏

I am trying to understand the second segment. It seemed like he was saying he went to a ceremony with this grandfather who was a not-good shaman and lost his visions for a while. But then at 11:18 what does he mean by sinning in his mind? What was his overall error in the situation?

Que le hechaba la culpa a este abuela, cuando simplemente tuvo que aceptar lo que pasó, para no pecar con el ego en su mente al decir “es culpa de este abuelo no poder tener visión”

The description talks about "indigenous" peoples, so I presume he means Indians. My question is -- if he is able to heal diseases, how come so many indigenous people in early America died that way?

@@DarkSeekerLightHolder "The spirit decides when they want to leave, we all leave" So the answer is yes, the "healer" doesn't do a damn thing.

@@darz3829the shaman channels the messages, if that's nothing for you, that's perfect. You can channel plants, animals, every spirit, but you can't change wills, or the other person. In spanish we say "curandero" more like "person knowing about healing" we don't use "healer", that means you're the one who is doing everything, no, we do a lot, but it's a team work, so you have a knowledge to share and to apply, the person receiving it too.

que significa DIETAR en el contexto del ayahuasca, es tomar ayahuasca todos los dias??
@MissOpal
@MissOpal 5 месяцев назад
You diet with plant allies, from chiric sanango to marosa, to aji sacha and many more. These are master plants and shoul be treated with love and respect. They can be very dangerous so only an experienced curandero/shaman knows how to handle the dosage for you.
