Great review. Awesome to see the 1/12 scale reviews. If I could offer a suggestion, I love your videos but the audio is always significantly lower than most of RU-vid. To hear you I have to turn volume way up and then get blasted away by commercials. The live streams aren't as bad but your mic is still pretty low most of the time. Thanks for the amazing reviews!

Totally agree. It always happens at the exact same point in every single video. Right after Justin says 'And do the unboxing'. Every video drops in volume after that point.

I’m so glad they made the head sculpt fit the rest of the body this time because the mayfix Batman figure had a Bruce Wayne head sculpt was slightly too small and it didn’t look right.

I’m debating as to whether I should get this or the DC Direct version. This one I guess is based off the 75th anniversary batman beyond short and I assume a tribute to the Timm’s Batman in general with the JL face and BTAS grapnel, and dc direct is basically an accurate version of TNBA. MAFEX is large and heavily articulated, DC Direct has its bits of articulation. RIP Kevin Conroy, thank you for a safer and amazing Gotham

I have this Batman and the accessory designs are not accurate to The New Batman Adventures. As you pointed out, the grappling hook is from the original animated series, but also the Bruce Wayne head is from Justice Legaue. So you have a little bit of everything. The figure on its own is AMAZING, though.

The sky was only red in the later seasons though but I think this figure is supposed to be based on the later seasons so🤷‍♂️

@@JeffZ1028 Um no. It was red throughout the series it’s part of the artistic style. There was an occasional episode where it wasn’t featured but it was extremely rare. Maybe you’re thinking of Batman beyond

@@RisingKnight64 No I'm thinking of The Animated Series, it's part of the season 4 redesign if I'm not mistaken.🤔 I'll have to look it up to double check but I'm pretty sure it's something they only introduced once they redesigned the characters for a later season.

@@RisingKnight64 After looking into it, the intro to the Animated Series has always had that stylized red sky but the actual episodes definitely have a normal sky color more often than not but it does sometimes use a dark, red sky on occasion. Season 4 uses the bright, red sky nearly all the time.
