Remy's death together with Olivia's are the most satisfying in the game, they are the ones that make me happiest that one died because he thought he had the bull by the horns, and the other well we already know why. By the way, little is said about Donnovan as a character I like him too much without him Lincoln would not have done many other things, he gives that comical touch to the scenes like cutting his toenails with tweezers (or as we say in my country, pliers). PS: The addition of when you killed most of the clan I liked one because of the throwback camera to repeat the moment, and the other because it reminded me of when Marcus and Mike in bad boys 2 at the beginning of the movie had made the raid. Good detail of the game to make us remember the beginning of one of the best action movies.

All of Donovan's scenes are fun to watch. I've listened to some podcasts of Lane Compton, and he's so smart, fun, and lovely. I would love to have a chance to work with him someday, at least in the same production.

I'm really looking forward to Mafia 4. Not so hip on the advertised focus on "stealth and multiplayer", but I definitely need a new dose of suicidal pedestrians diving in front of my car.

An M60 and a bag of grenades works well for this mission ;) During development they'd actually planned to have a much different opening to explain why Lincoln went to Vietnam, but changed it because they thought it was way too heavy. Originally, Lincoln was out on the town and was ambushed by the Southern Union who planned to lynch him. Lincoln would manage to escape, but while doing so would kill one of his attackers who turned out to be the Chief of police. Lincoln then joined the army to escape the heat. Their are hints of this in the game files such as character models of a younger Lincoln beaten and bloodied with a noose around his neck, but otherwise Hanger 13 deleted everything else about it because they thought it was borderline exploitive to open the game like that.

I enjoyed the story but hate how repetitive the side missions were & the glitches are a headache. Not to mention they should’ve included fast travel! DLC missions could’ve been a bit longer too but overall 6/10 👌🏾 I hope they make a 4th game.

All throughout the game, I basically did a stealth pacifist run, killing the big shots and only the big shots. If you weren't personally involved, Lincoln didn't have no beef with them. The only police officer I ever seriously injured straight up murdered two old ladies so he had it coming. But this mission - I just straight up killed them all as slowly and painfully as possible lol, chucking grenades and molotovs into the crowd and deliberately using low damage weapons so they could feel more pain. Screw the KKK.

The most based mission in Mafia 3

In Bad Boys II in 2003, it's two guys called Will Smith and Martin Lawrence. In this game here in 1968, it's ONE guy called Lincoln Clay. One question, though... The Confederate flag. Is it truly, originally racist? I just assumed that because the Ku Klux Klan have been seen with their alternative flag of a burning cross logo, that maybe there's a bit more to the flag of the Confederate American states than JUST racism. Why DO the Klan really use the red flag with a blue cross and 13 stars? I know for a fact that that flag originated from Scotland, St Andrews cross, before it was redesigned into the Confederate flag to suit the Southern American states. Is there anything from anyone's comments that I need to know?
