Question : If the mg42 gun was made to be handhelf with a mod, why couldnt 2k do it in the first place ? Man, I really hate that all of these amazing stuff were cut from the base game. This could have competed with gta.

@KMac I think that you are right that someone knew how big mafia 2 would be with all the cut content and they wanted to ruin it

The MG42 was really considered portable at some point. There is even concept art with this mafia-world.ru/images/stories/of-arts/gds09_art2.jpg . Obviously, this was skiped up as always because of "gameplay balance reasons."

These videos are awesome. I just finished mafia II again after all these years and i started wondering why the game feels "incomplete" in some type of way. Do you plan on reviving the series? I'd love to see more.
