This video shows a few minutes of gameplay from the game Mafia III. The settings are set to highest preset at 4K resolution.
My PC has the following specs:

- Hyper-threading is enabled
• GPU: ASUS ROG STRIX RTX 4090 O24G GAMING 2.85 GHz Stock / 0.965v undervolt
• RAM: G.Skill Trident Z5 RGB White 48 GB DDR5 8800 MHz CL38-51-49-38 1.5v ( 2 sticks of 24 GB )
• MOTHERBOARD: ASUS ROG MAXIMUS Z790 APEX ENCORE
• POWER SUPPLY: ASUS ROG Strix 1000W Gold Aura Edition PSU ATX 3.0
• MONITOR: ASUS PG34WCDM (34 inch / WOLED / G-SYNC compatible / 240Hz display)
• CASE: Thermaltake Core P3 TG Pro
• OPERATING SYSTEM: Windows 11 Home Edition
• SSD 1: SAMSUNG 990 PRO, 1 TB SSD for the operating system.
• SSD 2: SAMSUNG 870 QVO, 4 TB SSD for other programs

dude...did you throw your radiator int a bucket of ice-water? those temps have to be an error from RTSS :O

@@BMAR92 thats what i thought, what about the gpu? Mine hovers ~46c with about 400 watts. Would like to drop temps in the 30s, too🤔

@@tpfeiffer1986 The GPU is water-cooled as well, and as you can notice in this video, the GPU is undervolted as well by having 0.965 volts at 2835 MHz. The power percentage is still at 100%, but the undervolt for sure helps. The CPU and GPU are connected to the same loop.

@@BMAR92 same as mine. still wonder how you get such temps. my loop runs with a Mo-Ra 3 420 but temps aren't as nearly a good

@@tpfeiffer1986 I own the same MO-RA 3 radiator. Can you please tell me how many D5 pumps you have? Mine are going up to 4. What is your ambient temperature? Mine is up to 20 degrees, plus sometimes during the night I move my radiator outside, and this helps as well. In the BIOS, I have set the intel default settings of 400A and PL1 and PL2 at 320W. If I do a Cinebench R23 with my actual settings, the maximum power usage is not passing 320 watts, and the maximum temperature is around 50 degrees. What kind of temperature do you have for the GPU and CPU while gaming?
