Based on how we see no evidence of the Bonechewer clan, the Bladewind, the Whiteclaw, or any of the smaller Orc clans on Alternate Draenor, we can assume that the Iron Horde wiped them out. Remember Grom almost did the same to the Shadowmoon clan since they had nothing to offer the Iron Horde, which is what made them turn to shadow magic in order to not perish. The small clans probably could offer nothing of value to the Iron Horde and were destroyed, with any surviving members joining the Iron Horde as faceless grunts or going into hiding.
