The one group that benefits most from DEI programs are white women, Black women on average being employed more than black men. Here is my Point, if you have to appeal to another demographic to gain opportunities that is the problem. Racism is still a have versus have not issue. Maybe we should focus our effort on divesting from the paradigm that currently exists. Instead of sustaining it.
