@@KamoChameleon Honestly I might hop on every once in a while and do an OPR but I don't really miss playing. Almost everyone I played with has quit playing and I am tired of the eternal grind. The devs tried to change the armor meta but everybody still plays light armor because mobility is too good. Also, the whole needing 6 different ward sets and all the different trophies gets tiresome.
I’ve been watching your videos for idk how long and and you inspired me to play more pvp with that said I really suck and play as medium Vg/Ig (voidblade focus ) and that was ok till bows got buffed and not have mobility kind sucks so I’ve tried different mage builds since I main voidblade watching your bruiser videos help me actually play better against them and use some of the thing u mention about positioning as a melee mage 😅 Now without shrinking fort I’m getting kited by mages like yourself and it really sucks I feel like I might have to drop the Ig for the FS
Well if you like that playstyle I would try to tough it out. They're doing patches every month now and ths month I have a feeling they will nerf mages/bows a bit and that should help. THank you for the compliment that was awesome!
Nice, I've been looking forward to this series returning. So, if you're going back to the original Ironman build, does that mean you're going to be Tanking again?
Build is at 11:00 I also said in the video I wasn't doing Ironman. I just mean't on this character. It got too messy as I joined a war guild and needed BIS gear and then it didn't feel like much of an ironman anymore. I will still be doing it on my other character which was the original Ironman.
You don't understand it, man. FS was nerfed too. FS lost 18-50% dmg on it's skills too. The reason you see so many fs right now is that yt guys started to use the word "buff" since the patch notes were there. Nobody gave a damn about what were the changes, they said it is a buff and the casuals bought it. Now on the live server, you have the false impression of fs being strong because of the light set nerf. 95% of the people run light sets and light set takes more dmg. This shows that you actually do more dmg to a light set guy than before but it applies to every single weapon, not just the fs. I switched to medium, I'm tankier than ever. I can jump in between 3 dudes and take them out even if it's 3 fs vs my fs. They are casuals. I run 3 shirking fort and 2 elemental. But again, fs works basically as it did before the patch. The difference is the light set. I always played fs but I'm thinking about other builds right now to show them you can play other things too. And that's how you gonna lower the number of fs. You f. them and finish first with something else.
i always had a medium set rapier-fs, is basically as always, i have a pvp biuld, i needed to change my skills and perks a bit during patches, and now is true that the bow spamming on opr, makes me think about a light set for opr, but in arenas medium set is op, or in open world, for my experience
Only real mages know the first staff isn’t amazing like people claim. It’s slightly better. Of course all the wanna be mages will say it’s the best thing ever
