Cheesy Maggi Macaroni Recipe
Ingredients:
1 packets of Maggi pasta
1 tsp butter
1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, bell peppers, corn, etc.)
1 cup milk
1 cup water
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp chili flakes (adjust to taste)
Instructions:
Prepare Vegetables:
Heat a pan over medium heat and melt the butter.
Add the mixed vegetables and sauté them for a few minutes until they are slightly tender.
Add Maggi Taste Maker:
Once the vegetables are slightly cooked, add the Maggi taste maker packets to the pan.
Stir well to combine and allow the flavors to blend. Fry for a minute or two.
Add Liquid Ingredients:
Pour in the milk and water into the pan. Mix everything well to create a flavorful broth.
Cook Maggi Pasta:
Pour the Maggi Pasta into the pan.
Cover the pan and let the pasta cook in the liquid for about 5-6 minutes or until they are cooked through, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
Season:
Once the pastas are cooked, uncover the pan and sprinkle in the dried oregano and chili flakes.
Add salt to taste. Remember, the Maggi taste maker contains salt, so adjust accordingly.
Optional:
For extra cheesiness, you can sprinkle some grated cheese over the top and let it melt into the noodles.
Serve:
Once everything is well mixed and heated through, remove the pan from the heat.
Transfer the cheesy Maggi macaroni into serving bowls and serve hot.
