For the stocking I feel like each design represents a kid, dragons for Charley, the trees for Bill and fleur, the Ford Anglia for Fred, the original holiday print for george(represents fireworks), the owls for Percy, the Holly for ginny and chocolate frogs for ron

At least in the US (or in my household lol) we use those as oven mitts- they usually have grips on one side so that the hot pan doesn’t slip out of your hand while you hold it. They can also be used to put hot pans down on the counter like you said ❤

Our “potholders” look a little different. They typically have little pockets for your hands to slip into. Or they are like two of these connected to each other in a rectangle shape so that you can wrap it around the bottom of the baking dish. She’s just probably used to seeing those kind.

You can use that push start button cover over something else as well. Like the start button on the computer or a lightswitch or any other button in your house 🤷‍♀️ you don't have to limit yourself to a car

The apron and the ornament were my favorite items! As a plus size gal, I appreciated the adjustability of the apron. I liked the idea of the stocking but it was so garish.

Loved the entire box. It was a complete hit with me. The Christmas apron, the end of the tie, thread it back threw the top loop to set the length at your specific height that fits you.

It's not native to the U.S., but we're picking it up because it's a fun saying! I've also heard a lot of Canadians use it. P.S. My husband and I were just talking about planning a trip to Australia, because sweet Bindi Irwin posted a whole bunch of Meerkats from the Australia Zoo and all of a sudden I was yearning to come see the Meerkats ❤😆

Hello Cherry, Australian here. We say "Bob's your uncle." here also. Although in my family it was slightly different as I had a great Aunt who's name was Roberta and she was usually called Bobby. So in my family we more often said "Bobs your Auntie !" because, well, she was. 😀

The stocking reminds me very much of the Weasley quilt/blanket from the films. I knitted one a few years ago and it's very random colors and patterns. I love it and I love the stocking as well.

I got this box and thought it was pretty good. The Christmas stocking wasn't beautiful, but I got what they were going for with it. I agree that the pillow case didn't really go with the theme and it should have been saved for a Quidditch themed one.

Ah wow I guess I’m a weird American because I use the potholder for solely under a hot dish to protect the surface of like my counter or table and oven mits to take stuff out of the oven. I’ve never used a potholder to take something out of the oven ever.

lol, didn't know pot holders weren't a think across the pond. You can grip hot things with them, but also protect a surface when placing a hot item

Oh I love that apron! Not a fan of the red pocket though as it hurts my eyes a bit. Wish it was a navy blue. Otherwise I adore the design and green adjustable strap. And I'm obsessed with those socks as well. I love green and sage green knits are always a winner in my book.

I love the stocking & it would match perfectly to your Christmas Harry Potter themed tree & living room. Yellow is actually a beautiful accent color to green in a decor ❤ but it’s your house. That first item is a pot holder lol I can tell your lovely young age by you not recognizing it, right up there with a rotary telephone ☎️
