During our video going over opening night of Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party we tried out some of Disney's exclusive eats. However, Magic Kingdom actually offers a wide assortment of all day Holiday offerings and Jay went on an adventure to try them all(minus one giant ice cream bucket). There's a tamale, salted caramel freeze, a giant Texas sized sweet potato pie, a red velvet donut & even a Christmas Cookie Churro. The sweet potato/pecan pie-brid (like “hybrid”, get it? 😂) definitely looked like the winner of the assortment! I (Tim) am definitely a fan of Spanish, Mexican and similarly spicy dishes, but even I could tell from looking at the Tamale that it was significantly lacking in ‘hot’ 😓 Also think you made a good call not going in on the lock, shock & barrel on top of all the other sugary sweets - the sugar high will always lead to a sugar crash in the end 😂 Great job, Jay!

Thank you 😃. The tub would've definitely been too much. If it was anything like Uncle Orville though I think I would have enjoyed it. I think overall, the TexMex dishes won the Holidays. The Tamale, while not hot, was the superior savory dish in my opinion and I hope that Texas Sized Sweet Potato Pie finds its way back sometime soon. Feliz Navidad!

I love me a good churro and that looked really good. The store displays are some of my favorite things. The video was missing something. Just can’t put my finger on it lol

The Churro had a lot of potential. My problem is I've had a Disneyland Churro and WDW churros just aren't on that level. Store displays were awesome 😃. Sam will be back!
