Ann Wilson's voice is mythological and legendary. I've seen Heart MANY times and am always amazed with her power ,range and intonation. I was totally blown away by Susannah on Sara and I'm equally impressed by her on this one! You guys are on a whole new level with her out front. You guys in the band are rockin' out on this one! Very impressive again. It always makes me smile when I see just how much fun you are all having when preforming.

As a drummer for over 52 years, the musician in me marvels at the outstanding quality of this cover. This is now the second video I’ve seen featuring this wonderful female lead vocalist and to take on Ann Wilson - and nail it - well, she is simply amazing! And as usual, the entire band smoked this! But I’m going to share a thought from a different perspective. When this song was released, I was a young, 18 year old private in the US Army, stationed 8000 miles from home, handling assignments that are sometimes tough to look back upon. But during downtime, I had a record player in garrison and I had bought three specific albums that I wore out playing. The first Boston album, Hotel California and Dreamboat Annie by Heart. Like every other young adult male back in those days, I was crushing hard on both Ann and Nancy Wilson and could not get enough of their voices or their record. Fortunately, I have played in bands over the last 52 years and I’ve been able to play Magic Man numerous times, and it always takes me back to those early days when I first heard the song and could not stop listening to it. Then just now, this HSCC cover of Magic Man popped up on my RU-vid feed and of course I had to listen to it. Suffice to say that I was able to sit back, close my eyes and no longer be a 66 year old (still) working drummer but, instead, once more I became that 18 year old soldier lugging an M-60 machine gun around, flying everywhere in Hueys and Chinooks. This is the power of music because music is what feelings sound like. So, thanks HSCC, you all never fail to impress 👍🏻👍🏻

This band should be THE WORLD'S BAND. It never disappoints and always has stellar guest talent. Now that COVID has greatly subsided, this band should tour the globe. Fantastic!

Is there any song that The HSCC can't do exceptionally well??? Susannah's vocals were on fire, and the "pop-up Kat" harmony was amazing. Guitars and bass were smokin' like they always are, keyboard was on point, and oh man, that drum fill. Often not mentioned is the additional percussion in HSCC covers. Go back and listen to this song again, with your mind set to listen to it, and you'll understand how much depth it adds to the song. This is one of the coolest groups in the world!

Thanks for reminding me what a well constructed, relentless rocker this song is. The extended guitar solo blending into the synth solo just keeps the song motoring along. The band was flawless and Susannah superbly tackles the very challenging job of trying to measure up against Ann Wilson's legendary voice.
This song is one of my favs by Heart. It has so many levels vocally and musically. You guys knocked it out the park. This will be on repeat the next few days for me. Love it!!!
Wow!! Ann Wilson is widely considered the #1 female rock singer from the last 40-50 years and Susannah absolutely crushed that making it look easy. Does this band ever come to US on tour? I have watched the videos for about 2 months now and so much talent musically as well as vocally, regardless of who is singing lead. Fantastic!!!!

Where do you start. So great on so many levels. Impeccable performance from everybody. Honourable mention to Susannah, the lead singer and to the lead guitarist who faithfully recreated live sounds that I thought would only be possible in the studio. Loved the girl popping out from behind the bar to add harmonies. That was hilarious, especially when she raised the bottle in the air like a sword. Great stuff guys. Best cover band ever.

To quote George Costanza...."I am Speechless....I am without speech". But lucky i have a keyboard and can type the word WOW...this song was next level, yet again..perfection with every element, every note, every vocal, every chord etc....and what an absolute ball tearer of a song. I have watched this so many times in the last week; it's simply brilliant. I personally prefer the heavier songs over the rock-ballard style songs; but i enjoy everything you put out and look forward to seeing and hearing what's next. Your audio production is also astounding...give your audio engineer a pay rise (along with every member of the band)!!

I cannot believe that it has almost been 50 years since this song came out. It still sounds great today. This is the best cover that I have heard of this song.
I don't know what is more attention grabbing - the vocals, the solid back up from everyone, the arrangement, the fact that it is played live or is it the on point lead guitar work....just sublime. Maybe the most memorable part was @ 4:13 watching the massive grin on Con's face when Kat pops up in the back ground with her vocal - he just looked so happy.
