This is my first index..I wasn't sure I'd be able to understand this but after a few hours of practice my Cheetah speed is getting faster. I love this thing what a great utility. Highly recommended..thanks for the review
Since my last review I finally had a chance to try this out. They shuffled and handed me half the deck for each pocket. Named any card mutiple times and four of a kind. They were completely Floored, jaw dropped. This is awesome, and Fast 🐆
I bought this as soon as I saw it on Vanishing Inc. I never had an index before, but I do love this. I perform a family magic show each Christmas, and am combining Cheetah with Sharpierce (catching cards in my pocket, and then trying to stab one on the third try… only to “fail,” if you know Sharpierce). Anyway, I love Cheetah. I had it down a few hours after practicing. Recommended!
Thanks David! I've been waiting for you to review this! I'm still kinda waiting for news on a couple more I've been looking at. Thanks for your review!! 🤘🏼🎩🤘🏼
I’m tempted to pick it up, but have been using Daniel Madison’s index as well. Plus with Madison’s index, you only need to put your thumb in your pocket, not your whole hand.
@@BrandonJPearce yea I don't really see any advantage from this to The Advocate. Only maybe the indexless routine but other than that The Advocate is so much more convenient. Just 1 pocket, the reset seems to be faster and if for any reason it gets messed up you can just go down to a gas station or any store and pick up a deck of cards and you have your index. Also as it's been said you can just use your thumb not your entire hand. Check out Unbiased Magic Review and when he performs it he says notice there's no weird hand movements as you see weird hand movements lol.
David, thanks for the great review (as normal). Mine just arrived. I’m just getting into indexes and this and The Pathfinder Index should have me set for cards and billets for the rest of my life!
Thanks David I waffled on this because I hadn't seen any reviews I was able to purchase it the other day even though it seems to be sold out everywhere can't wait to get mine thanks for the review definitely hammers home the fact that this is going to be awesome
No counting ? I came up with a 2 index system with some rivets as landmarks but there was still counting and I only used it a couple times. Sounds like this guy fixed the issues I had
Hey David. Great review as always but I keep the 45 bucks and wait for the index by Lloyd Barnes and Javier Fuenmayor from murphys magic. Keep creating awesome content.
Can you do this with folded into quarters cards? Switch ones index is a bit challenging and could be a great use for that switch, if not I do think Lloyd's can use folded
I had no idea how Cheetah looked like till today, when my order arrived. But last week, thanks to your description, imaging how it could be look like, I made an index by myself. And, surprise! It’s globally the same. Same format, same principle, same idea, but … because I thought riffling is roughly the same as counting, mine has neither. So, mine could be a little faster. And I dropped two jokers in (2 cards extra, so what). Unfortunately, taking four of a kind is not possible.
Sounds like a pretty standard index, other than the "tactile clue". Some of the tricks do sound kind of interesting though. I'm already very quick in retrieving cards from my index(es), otherwise I might consider picking this up. Really appreciate the great review, David!
Why hasn't anyone reviewed Cheetah 52? Has Lloyd ruined the index for all eternity? Seems like no one's has touched any indexes releases since dex dropped. Smilesotheylikeyou
