Dude! Love your routine!!! I actually was able to truly enjoy watching it without my "magician' eyes on! Never seen that before with CSB. Nice!!!! mark's set has been on my wish list for some time. You just pushed it up to #1! Thx for posting. Great review. I have bought several from him, so I know the quality is excellent. No worries at all.
I second this question. I recently purchased a coin and flipper after watching Will Fern's Penguin Live lecture and now I'd love to find a reputable resource for the set. Thanks for the review on the CSB set; it is well done and greatly appreciated.
Thanks for the review! I'm thinking about just going with the half dollar version. I was curious about the routine that you used - is that published, or is that something you've put together?
Not my effect but one I have been using for years. Can't remember right now where I learned it, but I will check through my coin magic and get back to you if I find the source.
Great review! The performance was really intriguing, could you point me in the right direction as to where I could learn that? A book or DVD? I already have a csb set but have never seen a routine like that
There's quite a few sets like that. I think it depends on the effect you are trying to accomplish. First one that comes to my mind that ALWAYS gets huge reactions when I use it is the Double Deception coin gimmick. Personally I prefer the quarter version because it blends in with everyday money and gets unreal reactions when you pull one of the quarters through the spectator's shirt. Handling wise, it's a breeze. I have tons of other good suggestions but many are harder to obtain since a lot of coin gimmicks before discontinued after a few years. I'll let you know any other suggestions I have...
