Reciprocating saw parkside performance broke for me - it just 'clicks' once when I pull trigger, like overcurrent, moves engine by 1 tick and then stops, is it a common problem? Nothing burned or weird inside
My B2 died after unscrewing 12 car tire bolts but using a performance 8Ah battery. On 4Ah it worked roughly 4 months ( never unscrewing something like tire bolts, only small screws and bolts ) untill that day when i was changing tires. Between those 4 months i've got new 8Ah so i was happy to try it in my Angle grinder, worked really really well. I swapped it in to this Impact driver and after 12 bolts it smoked, burnt and bye.. not working anymore. I took it appart and the whole control PCB was black. I grab my multimeter to test what is going on and the driving mosfet and some capacitors blew up, pushing 20V and full current in to the motor burning it as well.
@@samohraje2433 ive been using b3 with 2in1 anvil for about 4 months now for automotive stuff at work with 4ah and 8ah smart battery, 90% 4ah, usually used for small stuff and wheel bolts/nuts sometimes suspension, with charged enough battery will do axle nuts but wont do axle bolts like on audi a6, triggers shit but overall very happy sucks 12v one sucks ass
Im using the same for car repair as Hobby. Since 6 months but im not a heavy User maybe 1-2 Times per week. It's very strong and I like it @@meddis4647
@@silverify its kinda funny you know, because last week or so after using it around brakes it started acting funny, doesnt happen often but still does, after using it on bit harder stuff like wheel bolts after releasing trigger tool would still run maybe at around 1000rpm more or less idk but only way of stopping it would be removing battery and would do this for few times in a row sometimes would spin for few seconds and stop but after few times it would go back to normal, maybe something is with trigger idk, so to make it bit more clear after relesing trigger it would still spin slowly without touching trigger, switching directions wouldnt do anything only removing battery would make it stop unless it did stop by itself
Never had a Parkside tool failing, and I have like 10 or more different tools, fingers crossed. Even at work we had a green 12V drill/screwdriver that worked daily for years enduring bumps, falls and everything. Some months ago I bought my first two professional ones.
@@frederikmare9002 don't you realize you can swap out the hexagonal fitting for a half inch socket end? If you want to use a socket on an unmodified device you need an adapter which really defeats the purpose of having a stubby.
This looks like the drill is been sabotaged. It seems really convienient that the smoke comes out perfectly on camera with perfect lighting. Normally this happens off camera on a job site
Had the same thing happen with the parkside 18v cordless grinder, worked perfectly fine for all of 10-15 minutes😄 Think Milwaukee or dewalt is a safer bet.
bro i have a parkside bitset that is 5yo now.. it survived my very heavy Makita , and ONLY 1 bit broke... for 10 euros .... my wera(ok on impact) broke quicker
@@DreStyle It is just their power tools, I have a bunch of park-side screw drivers and bits too they hold up nicely. But I used to have a Parkside dremmel style multitool that disintegrated and a heavy duty hammerdrill that would not let go of its chisel.
I will comment later, I'm in the hospital right now... My nephew swallowed 512Gb memory card and he is singing all songs in it. We are praying and hoping it doesn't reach the video folder!
Parkside is a brand that's under Lidl (European supermarket chain) - ofc, they're not a top brand by all means ... But they have some affordable shite for various stuff. Would be good for some occasional work - not for any serious construction or large volumes of work. Decently worth it if you're just starting and you need a few cheap tools
Money back guarantee 3 years. If you first owner. Recently 8 ah battery and angle grinder broken in 2 months time. I received new battery and money back for angle grinder.
Bro do you have guide for fixing sawzall parkside performance? The reciprocating saw, it stopped working for me without anyrhing burning, just 'clicks'and moves the blade holder by 1mm, disasembled it but no obvious reason why, is this common issue?
