That’s because whatever camera was used to record the video wasn’t set to capture enough FPS (frames per second) so slowing the video down isn’t going to give you missing those frames, it’s only going to show you the same frames taken by the camera for a longer period of time. Watch a SlowMo Guys Video if you need more information on how FPS and work with a camera that’s built to catch things happening super fast and project every detail super slow

Setting the video to a slower speed will just show what happens in the video but at a slower speed. Since the slow motion was still too slow then all you see is a blur so you will just see the blur but slower if you slow it down

probably just a rigid piece of spring steel that can flex and op one way then the other.

it goes counter clockwise so fast and therefore preventing the stick from being destroyed

it probably had an internal catch to stop it shy on both sides. maybe near the base so the torque doesnt break it. it may be slightly padded?

That’s the trick, it goes around so fast it makes it seem it’s going through the toothpick, it’s so fast that even when slowed down it’s still pretty fast
